The policy is divided into 3 parts:
- definitions of terms used in the Policy, information about our contact information and your rights;
- detailed information about the processing of your personal data; information is presented separately for each form you can fill out on our Site,

Definitions of terms used in the Privacy Policy
If you notice one of the following terms in the following section, it should be understood as below:
- “Service” – the Internet service, the main page is located at kokokamper.pl,
- “Policy” – this document, or privacy policy,
- “RODO” – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC. You can find the text of the RODO here.

Security of personal data
- We process all personal data that you provide on the Website or that we collect about you when you use the Website as an Administrator in accordance with the RODO.
- We use technical measures required by current data protection regulations to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically, i.e. within our Service.

- We process your personal information, therefore:
- You have the right to access your personal data,
- you can make corrections to them,
- You may request the deletion of your personal data when allowed by the RODO,
- You have the right to restrict processing, to the extent specified in the RODO.

Right to object
- Once you have provided us with your personal information, you may exercise your right to object. You are entitled to two situations when we process your personal data:
- for direct marketing purposes; you do not have to justify such objection;
- on the basis of our other legitimate interests; such objection requires justification of your particular situation. Write us why we should not process your data.

Complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, it is the President of the Data Protection Authority. Here is a link to the CEO’s website.

Booking form
If you want to book an RV, pay attention to the following things:
- Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?
- make a reservation for an RV rental date
- To respond to your message and provide all necessary information,

- Do you have to give us your information?
- It is voluntary. However, without your personal information, it will not be possible to make a reservation, moreover, we may not be able to answer your question.

- Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO, i.e. our legitimate interest.
- What is our legitimate interest?
- Enable you to select a date and make a camper reservation
- Resolving the issue you presented, responding to your message.
- To whom will we share your data?
- entities hosting (storing) the Service or personal data for us,
- legal service providers,
- entities that provide software used by the Administrator and providers of IT tools used by the Administrator, including entities that provide email box capability,
- couriers and the post office,
- How long will we process your data?
- Through time:
- necessary for the implementation of the reservation service, i.e. for the time necessary to demonstrate its proper performance and the statute of limitations for any claims.

- Resolve the case presented by you, respond to your message and send offers and analysis.
- To whom will we share your data?
- Entities hosting (storing) the Service or personal data for us.
- entities that provide software used by the Administrator and providers of IT tools used by the Administrator, including entities that provide email box capability,
- How long will we process your data?
- Through time:
- needed to resolve the issue you presented. Depending on its type, also for the time it takes to prove that we have terminated it, i.e. the statute of limitations for claims.

If you use this option on our Service, please pay attention to the following things:
- Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?
- Building our image in the media by providing press releases to journalists, media representatives and influencers.
- What rights do you have?
- We have described them in § 4 and 5 of the Policy.
- What kind of your personal data do we process?
- Name, surname, email address, name of editorial office or your blog or social media channel.
- On what legal basis do we process your data?
- Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO, i.e. our legitimate interest.
- Where do we get your personal information from?
- We obtained them from publicly available sources, i.e. For example, from websites, industry portals. You will get information about the specific source of data acquisition by contacting us.
- What is our legitimate interest?
- It is to provide journalists and media representatives, as well as influencers, with press materials informing them about the activities we undertake, the events we organize and our current activities, and on building the image and brand of KOKOKAMPER through the media.
- To whom will we share your data?
- legal service providers,
- entities that provide software used by the Administrator and providers of IT tools used by the Administrator, including entities that provide email box capability,
- How long will we process your data?
- For as long as we pursue our legitimate interest as described above, but no longer than until you object to our processing of your personal data.
- Will you be subject to automated processing, including profiling, that will produce legal effects on you or otherwise materially affect you in a similar way?
- Don’t.
- What can you do if you do not want us to process your data and contact you?
- You can object to the processing of your data. If you wish to express such an objection, please write to us at the above email. You do not need to give us the reasons for your objection.
- What if you think we are processing your personal data in violation of the law?

If you use this option on our Service, please pay attention to the following things:
- Why do we need your data, i.e. for what purpose do we process it?
- Marketing, consisting of promoting us and our services, including sending you marketing information i.e. special offers, through emails, analyzing whether you read our newsletters and which content you read most often. Based on this, we may also tailor newsletter content to your interests.

- Do you have to give us your information?
- It is voluntary. However, without providing them, you cannot subscribe to our newsletter or receive commercial information from us.
- On what legal basis do we process your data?
- 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO, i.e. our legitimate interest.

- Remember that you can always revoke your consent to receive the newsletter. If you want to do this, please contact us.
- What is our legitimate interest?
- To promote our services by sending you commercial information and to improve our newsletter by analyzing whether you read the content and which news items you are most interested in, and to tailor the content of our newsletter to your interests.
- To whom will we share your data?
- Marketing tool providers,
- Entities hosting (storing) our site and personal data for us.
