  1. The administrator of your personal data is we, “KOKO GROUP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ” based in Warsaw. In the further part of the Privacy Policy we write about ourselves in the first person or we refer to ourselves as “Administrator” or “We”.

Definition of terms used in this Privacy Policy

If you notice any of the following terms in the following section, they should be understood as defined below:

  1. “Site” – the website, with its homepage located at kokokamper.pl,
  2. “Policy” – this document, or privacy policy,
  3. “RODO” – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The text of the RODO can be found here.

Security of personal data

  1. We process all personal data that you provide on the Site or that we collect about you when you use the Site as an Administrator in accordance with the RODO.
  2. We use technical measures required by current data protection regulations to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically, i.e. within our Site.

Rights concerning your personal data

  1. We process your personal information because:
    1. You have the right to access your personal information,
    2. You may correct them,
    3. You may request deletion of your personal data where permitted by the RODO,
    4. You have the right to restrict processing, to the extent specified in the RODO.
  2. In the second and third sections of the Policy, you will find information about additional rights. For some activities, you will have additional opportunities.

Right of objection

  1. Once you have provided us with your personal data, you can exercise your right to object. You are entitled to this in two situations where we process your personal data:
    1. for direct marketing purposes; you do not have to justify such an objection;
    2. on the basis of our other legitimate grounds; such an objection needs to be justified. Write us and explain why we should not process your data.

Complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

Booking form

If you want to make an RV reservation, pay attention to the following things:

  • Why do we need your data, or for what purpose do we process it?
  • To make a reservation of the camper rental, respond to your message, and provide any necessary information.
  • What rights do you have?
  • We have described them in § 4 and 5 of the Policy.
  • Do you have to give us your information?
  • This is voluntary. However, without your personal data it will not be possible to make a reservation, and we may not be able to answer your questions.
  • On what legal basis do we process your data?
  • Article 6(1)(f) RODO, which is our legitimate interest.
  • What is our legitimate interest?
  • Enabling the selection of dates and making camper reservations
  • Resolving the issue you have presented, responding to your message.
  • Who will we share your information with?
  • Entities hosting (storing) the Site or personal information for us,
  • Legal service providers, 
  • Entities that provide software used by the Administrator and providers of IT tools used by the Administrator, including entities that provide email box capabilities, 
  • Couriers, and postal carriers,
  • How long will we process your data? 

The time:

  1. Needed for the performance of the reservation service, i.e., for the time necessary to prove its correct performance and the statute of limitations for any possible claims.
  2. Needed to resolve the matter you have presented to us. Depending on the type of case, also for the time it takes to show that we have resolved it, i.e., the statute of limitations on the claim.

The time:

  1. It takes to resolve the matter you have presented to us. Depending on the type of case, also for the time it takes to show that we have resolved it, i.e., the statute of limitations on the claim.

If you use this option on our Site, please note the following:

  • Article 6(1)(f) RODO, which is our legitimate interest.
  • How did we get your personal information?
  • We have obtained this data from publicly available sources, e.g., websites, industry portals. For information on a specific data source, please contact us.
  • What is our legitimate interest?
  • It is to provide journalists and media representatives, as well as influencers, with press materials informing about our activities, events and our current operations, and to build the image and brand of KOKOKAMPER through the media.
  • Who will we share your information with?
  • Legal service providers, 
  • Entities that provide software used by the Administrator and providers of IT tools used by the Administrator, including entities that provide email box capabilities,
  • How long will we process your data?
  • For as long as we pursue our legitimate interest as described above, but no longer than until you object to us processing your personal information.
  • Will you be subject to automated processing including profiling that produces legal effects on you or otherwise materially affects you in a similar way?
  • No.
  • What can you do if you do not want us to process your data and contact you?
  • You may object to the processing of your data. If you wish to express such an objection, please write to us at the e-mail address given above. You do not have to tell us the reasons why you object.
  • What to do if you think we are processing your personal data in violation of the law?

If you use this option on our Site, please note the following:

  • Marketing, which involves promoting us and our services, including sending you marketing information such as special offers via email, analysing whether you read our newsletters and what content you read most.   • Remember that you can always revoke your consent to receive the newsletter. If you wish to do so, please contact us.
  • What is our legitimate interest?
  • To promote our services by sending you commercial information and to improve our newsletter by analysing whether you read the content and which news items you are most interested in, and to tailor the content of our newsletter to your interests.
  • Who will we share your information with?
  • Providers of marketing tools, 
  • Entities that host (store) our site and personal information for us.
  • Entities providing software used by the Administrator and providers of IT tools used by the Administrator, including entities providing the possibility of using an e-mail box,
  • How long will we process your data?
  • For the duration of our marketing activities, or until you object to further processing for marketing purposes, or withdraw your consent for us to send messages to your email address. Revocation of consent by you does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal of consent.
  • Will we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area?
  • In the event that the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area is necessary, this will be done on the legal basis provided for in the RODO.

What are cookies and why do we use them

The effect of changing your browser settings on your use of the Site
