Having your own camper or caravan is a smart idea for an investment and a unique vacation. In the KOKO Camper Fleet model, you invest your money in a comfortable motorhome. We help you choose and buy an RV or caravan. We provide expert advice and assistance in financing. You use your RV or trailer when you want*, and the rest of the time the vehicle is in our rental shop earning money for you.

Buying an RV / trailer - what do you gain?

your own camper / trailer – freedom, adventure, independence; you can travel whenever you want*.
Your camper/trailer earns money for you when you are not driving it.

For CAMPER:

* 90% of the profits (our commission is only 10% if you bring the customer yourself to rent).
* 80% of the rental profits go to you, our commission is 20% (if you purchased the RV with us).
* 70% of the rental profits go to you, our commission is 30% (if you purchased the RV yourself).

FOR A CEMPING TRAILER:

* 80% of the rental profits go to you, our commission is 20% (if you bring a customer on rent yourself).
* 70% of the rental profits go to you, our commission is 30% (if you bought the trailer with our help).
* 60% of the rental profits go to you, our commission is 40% (if you did NOT buy the trailer with our help).

Rent an RV / trailer - which you do not have to do, because we do it for you:

We look for customers for you and make sure your new camper or trailer works for you. You rake in 70-90% of the profits, depending on the cooperation model.
you are not involved in any rental formalities from the moment you hand over the camper / caravan under management to KOKO Kamper Flota
we keep an eye on the inspection dates and take care of the technical condition of your vehicle, inform you of the need for any repairs
if you ever decide to sell an RV or trailer, we will help you find a customer

* You declare when YOU want to use the camper / trailer – you choose for yourself the dates that fully suit you. Keep in mind that if you use an RV/trailer for your own needs during the peak season, your rental profit may be less.

Your investment, or how much does it cost?

The price of an RV starts at 400,000 zlotys with equipment such as air conditioning, awning with adapter, bike rack, TV + antenna
The price of a caravan starts at PLN 150,000 (with equipment as mentioned above).
our recommended initial investment is a minimum of 20% of the amount of the purchase of the camper, depending on the model chosen, on average 60-85,000 zlotys; in the case of a caravan – from 30,000 zlotys
The monthly payments for the RV are approx. 3500-5500 PLN gross over 5 years; in the case of a trailer – 1500-3500 PLN / month
if you increase the initial contribution, the amount of installments may be lower or the financing period may be shortened (if you have more or less capital, contact us, we will make you an individual offer of cooperation)
The cost of liability, AC and Assistance insurance – 11000-14000 PLN /year
GPS device and subscription – PLN 2,000/year + subscription of PLN 2,000/year
recommended cost of purchasing additional equipment such as chairs, table, storm strips, kitchen equipment – 4000 PLN

Investment in an RV - how to lower installments or reduce financing time?

You can reduce your monthly installment by up to about. 1,000-3,000 zlotys, or shorten the financing period to as much as 2 years instead of 5, if you have more initial capital and want to use it. Now see how it figures?
A new camper costs from 400,000 zlotys, and the recommended investment is a minimum of 20% of this amount. Your monthly installment is approx. 3500-5500 PLN gross for 5 years.

I WANT to reduce the financing time from 5 years to even 2 years:

The more you increase the initial capital, the shorter you pay off the RV or the lower the monthly installment you pay. The camper will be all yours sooner.

Camper / trailer for rent – how to do it, step by step

You buy the camper with accessories or caravan. You have doubts about which motorhome to buy – we will expertly advise you and help you choose.
You enter into a liability and AC contract with an insurance company.
You sign a contract with KOKO Kamper to entrust the vehicle in management for 365 days, that is, you put your camper or caravan in KOKO Kamper Fleet.
You provide us with a calendar for the use of the camper / trailer – you specify in it the days on which you want to have the motorhome at your disposal.
And then? We will take care of the rest, that is, we will sell the remaining free dates for camper rental or caravan rental to rental customers. We also guarantee secure parking for your camper or trailer.

In the April-September period, you can expect a profit of approx. 45 000 PLN net*

A frequently asked question is: What if I want to change the declared term of use to something else?

From the moment you provide us with a calendar with deadlines reserved for you, any changes will require our written approval.
