Your dog or cat can travel in the caravan at no extra charge, we charge £250 gross for additional cleaning of the caravan.

Caravan rental conditions and fees

• At the time of release, the caravan is fully prepared – technically operational and mechanically checked, cleaned inside and washed from the outside. Ready to go.
• The minimum rental time for a caravan is:
  • in the low season is 5 days
  • In high season – 7 days.
• At the time of booking, we charge you a 30% deposit, and the rest, or 70% of the price is paid 14 days before the release of the caravan.
• If you book a caravan less than 14 days in advance we charge 100%.
• We charge a refundable deposit in the amount of – 3000,00 PLN*.
• The service fee for caravan rental of PLN 350.00 includes:
  • filled gas cylinder
  • toilet chemistry
  • BIO dishwashing and toilet liquid
  • toilet paper 4 rolls
  • dishwasher and kitchen cloth
• Standard: caravan release from hrs. 4 p.m. on the day of release**.
• Standard: trailer return: by hrs. 10 a.m. on the day of return**.
• Release/return outside of branch business hours – PLN 500
• Transfer of the vehicle between branches – when renting for min. 2 weeks, individual pricing
• Trip itinerary planning – individual pricing
• For the duration of the trailer rental, you can leave your car in our parking lot free of charge.

Rules for returning a caravan

The caravan on return should be returned in the condition in which it was received – cleaned inside and rinsed with water from the outside, which is necessary to assess its technical condition. If it doesn’t possible, the receiving person will indicate the date and time at which the delivery/acceptance protocol will be written.

* The deposit shall be returned immediately. If damage is found when the vehicle is returned, the deposit is settled within 14 days. The customer receives a damage estimate for approval.

** We take a flexible approach to customer needs. If possible, we will try to adjust if the standard release/return hours do not suit you, arranging a convenient one when signing the contract. However, we cannot promise that in every case we will be able to make the release / acceptance of the return of the trailer at times other than standard hours.

Rules for leaving and picking up a personal car when renting an RV from KoKo Kamper

For the duration of the RV rental, our customers can leave their personal car in the KoKo Kamper parking lot. Due to the organization of the rental company’s work, repacking of the car must take place outside our premises. After repacking, the customer brings his personal car to our parking lot, parks it in the designated place and leaves the keys at our office. The RV release process at KoKo Kamper takes approximately 1 hour. Please plan your time so that leaving your vehicle takes place during the branch’s business hours.

At the end of the rental, the customer first picks up his personal car, then unpacks the RV off-site, then brings it to the branch and returns it. We accept returns during the hours specified in the rental agreement, usually the rental company’s business hours, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
