Basic conditions for renting an RV

• During the high season, the rental period is 14 days or more, unless the rental company decides otherwise (individual arrangements or a free, shorter slot). For shorter slots, the list price per rental applies unless there is a promotional free slot.

• At the time of issue, the motorhome is Fully prepared – technically operational and mechanically checked, cleaned inside and washed from the outside. Fully ready to drive.

• The minimum time for renting an RV in the low season is 5 days, in the high season – 7 days.

• We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking, and you will pay another 70% of the price 14 days before the camper is released.

• For reservations made less than 14 days before departure, we charge 100%.

• If you rent an RV on special, promotional or reward terms, there is a limit of 150 kilometers per rental day. The total kilometer limit is calculated as the number of rental days multiplied by 150 km. A fee of PLN 2.46 gross is charged for each kilometer exceeded.

Deposit for an RV

• We charge a refundable deposit of – 5000 PLN**, and in the case of prestige+, premium+ campers – 8000 PLN**. RV deposit insurance – you can use the service of deposit insurance (also known as contribution insurance), that is, the removal of financial liability in case of damage to the rented RV. Service charge for camper rental

• The service fee for renting an RV 350,00 PLN gross includes:

Other conditions

• Delivery of the car to the indicated address or pick-up – 250 PLN + 2.5 PLN/km + road tolls (calculated both ways)
• Transfer of a vehicle between branches – PLN 1000

• It is possible to leave your car for free in the parking lot for the duration of the RV rental.

Washing your car is mandatory unless you purchase this service from us. Remember to check the height of the car wash to avoid damaging the roof of your vehicle. We recommend the following locations:

At KOKO Kamper you can rent an RV as standard in cycles (and multiples):

• Saturday – Friday (base slot)
• Saturday- Saturday
• Friday – Friday

Vehicle release: Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

Return of the vehicle: Friday, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

During periods of increased traffic, KOKO Kamper rental company reserves the right to impose a different date for the release and return of the vehicle, such as:

• Vehicle release: Friday, 4 pm – 6 pm
• vehicle return: friday, at. 9.00-11.00

• Release/return of a camper outside of branch office hours – PLN 500
• Return of the camper on Sunday – 200 PLN gross.

* Important!

• The time of vehicle release depends on the readiness of the vehicles and the date specified in the contract. During the peak season, the release of the vehicle may take place at a later time, but no later than specified in the contract.
• Don’t hesitate to ask us about other dates convenient for you!

Rules for leaving and picking up a personal car when renting an RV from KoKo Kamper

For the duration of the RV rental, our customers can leave their personal car in the KoKo Kamper parking lot. Due to the organization of the rental company’s work, repacking of the car must take place outside our premises. After repacking, the customer brings his personal car to our parking lot, parks it in the designated place and leaves the keys at our office. The RV release process at KoKo Kamper takes approximately 1 hour. Please plan your time so that leaving your vehicle takes place during the branch’s business hours.

At the end of the rental, the customer first picks up his personal car, then unpacks the RV off-site, then brings it to the branch and returns it. We accept returns during the hours specified in the rental agreement, usually the rental company’s business hours, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
